1. Eligibility for Enrollment

  • Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 4 years old to enroll in our courses.


  • Course Prerequisites


Some advanced courses may require basic knowledge of Quranic studies or prior completion of foundational courses (e.g., Qaida). The prerequisites for each course will be clearly stated in the course description.


  • Language Proficiency


Courses are offered in multiple (English and Urdu) languages. Applicants must have a basic understanding of the language in which they choose to take the course.

2. Course Registration and Fees

  • Enrollment Process


By filling out and submitting the admission form on our website, you express your interest in joining one of our Quranic courses. Acceptance into a program is subject to availability and approval by our administration team.

  • Course Fees


Once you are accepted into the program, the course fee will be communicated to you based on your chosen course. Full payment of the fee is required before the course begins.

3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Deferrals

  • Cancellation by the Student


Students may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation by Raza Quran Journey


If Raza Quran Journey cancels a course for any reason, all registered students will receive a full refund of their fees.

  • Course Deferral


Students may request to defer their course enrollment to the next available session, subject to approval by the administration team.

4. Attendance and Technical Requirements

  • Attendance


For live sessions, attendance is expected at all scheduled class times. Consistent absence without prior notice may result in the suspension of your access to the course.

  • Technical Requirements


Students must ensure they have the necessary hardware (e.g., computer, headphones, microphone) and a stable internet connection for attending live sessions.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior


Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students at all times. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without a refund.

  • Academic Honesty


We expect all students to complete their own coursework and assessments honestly. Plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of dishonesty may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program.

  • Participation in Discussions


Active participation is encouraged in live sessions. However, students must respect the opinions and beliefs of others and refrain from engaging in divisive or offensive discussions.

6. Privacy Policy

By submitting the admission form, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, and other details, for the purpose of processing your application and managing your course enrollment.

  • Data Security

  • Communications


You agree to receive email and phone communications regarding your course enrollment, course updates, and related announcements from Raza Quran Journey.

7. Amendments to the Terms

  • Changes to Terms


Raza Quran Journey reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students via email.

  • Acceptance of Changes


Continued participation in the course after receiving notice of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
